El Pescadero

Tucked between the Sierra de la Laguna mountains and the Pacific Ocean, El Pescadero is one of Baja’s most captivating coastal communities — a place where open landscapes, surf mornings and farm-fresh living come together in a way that feels both grounded and elevated.

Once an agricultural village, Pescadero has evolved into a vibrant slow-living hub known for its fertile farms, boutique cafés, and a food scene driven by ingredients grown just down the road. Nearby surf breaks like Cerritos and San Pedrito offer waves for all levels, and mornings often begin with a beach walk, a session in the water or a smoothie in the sun.

Life here moves with intention. Country roads, farmers markets, bougainvillea-covered patios and the sound of birds in the morning create a pace that feels rare — a place with space, both physical and mental, to reconnect with what matters.

Pescadero sits within the larger Los Cabos region, one of Mexico’s most desirable luxury destinations and an easy non-stop flight from most US cities. The area enjoys over 340 days of sunshine, dramatic desert-meets-ocean scenery, and excellent access to amenities in Todos Santos, Cabo San Lucas, San José del Cabo and La Paz.

What makes Pescadero truly special is its balance: close enough to world-class infrastructure, dining and airports, yet far enough to remain quiet, authentic and deeply livable. Large coastal lots, walkable access to great cafés and beaches, and breathtaking ocean views make it an ideal place to build both a home and a lifestyle.

 this isn’t just a location — it’s a life upgrade.
